Experienced in quoting auction-damaged vehicles. I anticipate required parts accurately to provide quality repairs with cost-effective options (OEM, CAPA, etc.) in mind.
Customer Communication
I use graphics and technical logic to explain "the why" to customers without overwhelming them. I ensure all work is authorized with a digital signature to protect the shop.
